A woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.
All glorious is the princess in her chamber.
Authentic love, pure virtue, femininity, and consecrated living have gone out of fashion these days. What’s more, the author of them all, Jesus Christ, is equally unpopular. Society and culture make it difficult for young women to pursue the love of their Saviour with whole-soulled abandon, instead pressuring girls to conform to the world’s mold. But we’re called in Scripture to ’set [our] minds on things above, not on earthly things’ (Colossians 3:2), looking to Him and His Word as the authority, guided by His Spirit into lives of fruitfulness and love.
Whatsoever Magazine first sprouted in July 1998, borne of a desire to link young women with others of like heart, and to encourage them in the pursuit of joyful, unashamed, feminine Christianity. Our hope in publishing Whatsoever is that it may provide a forum through which we may exhort one another to godliness and creativity in our positions as daughters and sisters, embracing and redeeming the short season of singleness as a gift from God, to be given back to Him.
How did Whatsoever Magazine earn its name? From the verse chosen as the magazine’s theme right from the very beginning: Philippians 4:8. The theme verse is the guide for the content that goes into each issue. Good, honourable, pure, true, lovely, praiseworthy, and the rest. That’s our aim.
The majority of Whatsoever is pulled together by Danielle Carey [26] but the rest of the Carey family all contribute in various ways–spur-of-the-moment proofreading jobs, opinions regarding fine details, a critical eye for page design. We reside in suburban Queensland, having spent most of our years in New South Wales.
This blog is the overflow of the print magazine, with news updates and articles from the WM archives.

It’s is wonderful to see young ladies making a stand for purity, for femininity and all the things that are right regardless of whether they be popular in this day and age or not. I would like to encourage you in this.
As a young man it is these qualities that I look for in a yougn lady, yet sadly it is such a rarity to find.
Keep it up
